Our location is perfect for the business traveler. Our residential neighborhood is located in the downtown Central Business District area, just over a mile from the Capitol and the University of Texas. We are less than 10 miles from the airport, and the Capitol Metro bus stops at the end of our street. Our location offers a close proximity to the Convention Center, UT, Expo Center, Palmer Auditorium, Sixth Street, the hospital district, Mopac, I-35 and more.

All of our guest rooms offer wireless internet connections, private baths,  telephone with private line, a desk or table work area and in-room refrigerators, TV with cable & coffeepots.  A great perk is that we have no surcharges on any local phone calls made.  We also offer two suites with a separate meeting/living room.  Our suites also have a microwave.  Additional services include onsite fax capabilities (sending and receiving) and secretarial services.  Please inquire about secretarial services at the time of booking - they require a reservation ahead of time.

• Wireless Internet:
  Brava House is equipped with wireless internet in all guest rooms and the front and back porches. We will provide you with a Wireless Network PC Card during your stay at no charge, enabling you to connect via our wireless network!
• Corporate Rate:
  Brava House offers a corporate rate for business travelers Monday-Thursday (for Sunday through Thursday night stays). To qualify for the corporate rate you must make a reservation using your company name and ask for the corporate rate at the time of reservation. Corporate rates are not available for Friday or Saturday night stays, or during holidays or special events.
• Faxing:
  You may receive a fax sent to us at (512) 478-5034, or send a fax to local Austin numbers, at no charge.  For faxes sent to long distance numbers, a nominal long distance charge may apply (depending on the size of the fax).
• Secretarial Services:
  Please ask for a price list. We have available typing, copying, binding, off-site office building conference rooms, and much more.
• Meeting Facilities:
  Three of our rooms - the Garbo Suite, the Fitzgerald Suite and the Monroe Corporate Suite- offer separate living/meeting rooms with sofas, work space, fireplace and plenty of room.  We will be happy to accommodate your meeting with a table and chairs if given at least 24 hours advance notice. Each room can accommodate about 6-8 for a meeting in the living room. We will also provide a continental breakfast and coffee, cater in lunch, and provide afternoon snacks and soft drinks, for $45 per person.
• Frequent Stay Program:
  Brava House is happy to offer our frequent guests and business travelers special discounts. For stays of 7 or more consecutive nights, you will receive a 10% discount. Or, for non-consecutive booking of 10 or more nights, you will receive a 10% discount!
