note the following rates and policies of your stay, and our cancellation
policy. Make your reservations early to ensure the room you

- A
credit card is required to confirm your reservation at Brava
House. Your card will be charged 7
days prior to your arrival, at the end of your cancellation
period - usually 7 days prior to check-in; but 30 days prior
for group reservations. If you wish to pay by check, you may
mail us your check payment to be received before your cancellation
period expires.
- Brava House is a non-smoking
facility; smoking is permitted outside only.
- Check-in time
is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check in or late check out is available for additional $50 per room. Daily maid service is provided.
- A continental-plus
breakfast is served weekdays from 8-9, and a full breakfast
on the weekends from 9-10. All breakfasts are served in the back house; click here
for details on the breakfasts we serve.
- There
is plenty of free off-street parking in our private parking lot
behind Brava House.
- Brava
House B&B welcomes families with children of all ages. We
ask that parties with children under age 10 stay in one of the
suites, where there are no downstairs neighbors. Please let us
know at the time of reservation if you will have children with
you, and the age(s).
- We also accept
pets in some of our rooms. If you will have pets in your party,
please advise us ahead of time. You must
get prior approval for your pet, and we reserve the right to
limit the type or breed of pets accepted. There is a $30
per night per pet charge.
- All
room rates are based on single or double occupancy. All of our
suites offer a queen size sleeper-sofa which will allow up to
4 guests in the room. We also have a rollaway bed available
for a 3rd guest in other rooms. There will be an additional
$50 per person charge per room per night over 2 guests. If sleeper sofa is used with 2 guests there is a one time $25 charge. Brava
House has a 2-night minimum for weekends, holidays and special
events. This can be any combination of Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday
or Saturday/Sunday.

Cancellation Policy:
For Reservations (non-Holiday periods):
A credit card number or deposit equal to one night's room rental
is required to reserve a room, and our cancellation policy is 7
days. Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to check-in date
will be cancelled in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Your
payment will be processed 7 days prior to check-in. Any cancellation,
partial or full, received less than 7 days prior to check-in date
will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-booked.
There are no refunds for early departure.
Please note, if you have listed
an incorrect email or if your computer has a spam blocker, our email
confirmation may not be received by you. In that event you will
be responsible for the entire reservation, unless you cancel within
our cancellation period.

Reservations for Holidays, Special Events, SXSW, ACL Festival and Group Reservations or for Extended
Stays (5 nights+):
A credit card number or deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required
to reserve a room, and our cancellation policy is 30 days. Cancellations
received at least 30 days prior to check-in date will be cancelled
in full, less a $50.00 per room cancellation fee. Any cancellation,
partial or full, received less than 30 days prior to the check-in
date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-booked.
Your payment will be processed 30 days prior to check-in.• YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE CANCELLATION PERIOD - 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival and Formula 1 racing cancellation fee is first nights stay. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-rented. There are no refunds for early departure. Cancellations must be made via phone or by email, receiving a confirmation email from Brava House to be valid. There
