Named after one of our Grandchildren, this is a new room and part of our back building. You are secluded at the rear of the property with a separate entrance. This room can be combined with the Julian Room to create a larger 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a large living room and plenty of privacy. This room has great lighting and you will feel like you are living in the trees.
Centrally located near downtown Austin, 6th street, the Texas Capital building and the University of Texas, the Brava House is a perfect place to stay in Austin!
This bedroom features a King bed and a balcony with a patio looking out into the trees for a relaxing sit after exploring Austin. Other features include cable TV, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Sleeps 2.
The black and white tiled bathroom features a shower tub combo. Furnished with all the modern amenities – all the fixtures, including the hairdryer, are easily within reach.
Reminiscent of the 1930’s glamour style, this room is elegant and refined. It offers a floor to ceiling wood bookcase, large windows, and fireplace.
With a panoramic view overlooking our grounds and direct access to the south facing porch, the Master Suite provides warmth and brightness for a peaceful getaway.
This spacious room, located on the second floor, offers privacy and plenty of natural light. Decorated in a Moroccan style, the high pitched ceilings and ample windows looking out into the trees give this room an open, light and airy feeling.
A cozy first floor room off the garden & deck is wheelchair accessible, including the roll-in shower and larger doorways. Quaint and charming, the room offers a queen bed and armchairs in front of a bay window.
Located on the second floor of the Brava House, this full-sized apartment is perfect for families, groups or extended stays.

Any cancellation, partial or full, received less than 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-booked. There are no refunds for early departure.

Any cancellation, partial or full, received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-booked. A continental-plus breakfast is served weekdays from 8-9, and a full breakfast on the weekends from 8:30-9:30. All breakfasts are served in the back house.
